INVITATION TO BID
DISTRICT RFP NO: 2026-0001

The Board of Education, Maxwell Municipal Schools, is requesting competitive sealed
bids for the construction of Maxwell K-12 Combined School Replacement.

Project bid/contract documents may be obtained from the location(s) listed in the
complete Invitation to Bid (ITB) which may be reviewed at
https://www.maxwellp12.com/, NM E-Procurement/Bidding System or by contacting the
District.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, 2:00PM, at
Maxwell School Auditorium, Maxwell, New Mexico.
Bids will be received no later than Tuesday September 23rd, 2025, 2:00PM. Sealed bids
must be delivered to:
